we have answers!

We get it - fundraising can be complicated! But it doesn't have to be with our simple fundraising options.

Here are some of the questions that we get asked all the time! If you can’t find the answers you are looking for here, feel free to contact us!

  • The products are delivered frozen and will stay that way for 2-3 hours after delivery depending on the weather.

  • By offering our products exclusively through fundraising, we're able to maintain superior quality and each customer is assured a fresh product. Limited availability is also important for driving demand for our fundraising groups.

For more information on what products we carry, visit our Products page!

  • We will arrive in our own delivery vehicle on the date and time selected. We will unload the products and sort them by seller. Please have tables and a few volunteers ready to help when we arrive.

  • Most groups sell for two weeks. We will deliver your product roughly two to three weeks after your order is submitted. Your entire sale can be wrapped up in about five weeks! In slower times of the year we can even do it even quicker as our delivery schedule is more flexible.

  • Payment should be collected when your customer places their order. This way you have all the money collected in advance and you won’t be stuck with any product that is not paid for.

  • We ask groups to sell at least 300 items. If your group sells fewer than 300 items, the delivery date may change slightly as we will try to group the smaller deliveries for your area. If your group sells under 300 units, you are welcome to pick up your order at our home office.

  • Payment is due at the time of delivery. If the sum of revenue earned by the online store exceeds the amount generated by paper orders, we will bring a check with us at delivery.

  • Please have one check made out to Hill Country Fundraising at delivery for our portion of the sale.

  • Due to the fact that our products are frozen and must be shipped with dry ice, the shipping costs soon eat up your profit.

  • We would encourage your relatives that are coming from out of state to bring a cooler, buy a little dry ice and take it back with them. The product will stay cold for several days provided you tape it shut and cover with a blanket. Our frozen products must be kept at 0 degrees or below so regular ice does not work.

  • Orders can be submitted through our secure online portal. You will receive a unique link that is specific to your fundraiser.

  • Absolutely! Let us know when you book your fundraiser and we will provide you with bilingual order forms and promotional materials!

  • We sell products exclusively through fundraisers. Please give us a call and we will do our best to connect you with an ongoing fundraiser!

  • Orders are delivered to the fundraising group. If you have not receive your order, please contact your seller or group leader for the current status of your order.
